Just a quick update...

New sneakers are bought! Also, I bought a pair of workout pants and a sexy sports bra (okay, I lie, it is not even remotely sexy, as a matter-of-fact, it’s quite un-sexy. Sports bras are all about function, not fashion, right?).

Ivan and I spent a little over an hour in the pool today… swimming in an interesting exercise… I didn’t actually realize that my body was getting a workout until I was out of the pool and felt it in my muscles. Great work, Grace!
